Presentation at the int. Summer School on Electrocatalysis and Organic Electrosynthesis

Last week, our head of department, Christina Roth, gave a presentation on the topic ‘Operando synchrotron XAS studies to gain insight into CO₂RR dynamics’ at the International Summer School of the Swiss Chemical Society (SCS) in Stoos (https://electrocat26.sc). She not only presented the latest findings from Dr Bruna Lobo and Dr Mina Attia, but also demonstrated how XAS spectra are measured and analysed. Set against the impressive mountain backdrop, the focus was not solely on scientific exchange: group hikes and lively conversations provided numerous opportunities to make new contacts, exchange ideas and continue the discussions from the lecture theatre in a relaxed atmosphere.
