ELECTRA.Battery Symposium
At the invitation of Prof. Florian Hausen (Jülich Research Centre), Christina Roth, one of three participants from Bayreuth, attended the “ELECTRA.Battery 2026” event, where she presented the latest research findings by Alena Neudert, Steffen Zappe, Tilo Held and Dr Jing Guo. In her presentation “Sustainability considerations in battery applications – Discussing Fe in redox flow batteries and Si in lithium-ion batteries as examples”, Prof. Roth provided fascinating insights into battery research at the LS Department of Materials and Process Engineering. The presentation met with great interest from the international specialist audience and provided valuable impetus through the subsequent intensive scientific exchange
