Participation in the first Bavarian Battery Congress in Nuremberg
The first Bavarian Battery Congress, organized by Bayern Innovativ and supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, took place in Nuremberg on the 25th of July.
We had the great opportunity to listen to interesting presentations about current research, production and challenges in the battery sector in Bavaria and Germany. New contacts and the basis for future projects and cooperations were established with representatives and experts from politics, academia and industry.
Prof Roth was invited to give an overview of the latest research developments in the field of lithium-ion batteries and redox flow batteries. The Bavarian Centre for Battery Technology (BayBatt) was also well represented and showcased their new master's degree programmes in Batterietechnik and Battery Materials and Technology.
Thank you very much for this great networking event.
