Welcome to the website of the Chair of Electrochemical Process Engineering.

We deal with material science aspects of electrochemical energy conversion and storage, e.g. in fuel cells, redox-flow batteries and CO₂ electro-reduction. The main focus of our research is the nanostructuring of materials and their in-situ characterization, but also the processing of porous layers, e.g. by electrospinning or by templating.
